Our Marketing Strategy is quite simple: Gain as much exposure as possible for your property through a variety of proven mothods. Perhaps our greatest strength is our database of contacts. Once your home is listed with us, all John Aaroe Group agents and other top agents in the area are immediatly notified of it's availability. Truly, our wealth of experience in the Los Angeles area plays a significant role in effectively publicizing and promoting your property. 

Here are a few ways we market your home:     

Open House Events: Once your home is listed, we send an e-mail notification to all John Aaroe Group agents, and other local area agents in the greater Los Angeles area notifying them of this listing, including a photo and a detailed description of the property. We mail hundreds of 'Just Listed' postcards to area residents. We advertise these events in the Sunday Los Angeles Times, Aaroe+Williamson Division Real Estate section, every sunday!

Promotional Materials: A multi-picture color flyer featuring professional photography and description will be created and made available at the property and all John Aaroe Division offices. This will be emailed weekly to our client data base for even more exposure.

Marketing Reports: We update our clients weekly on all activities related to the marketing of your property. This will include a list of agent showings with client feedback, Open House attendance and advertisement placement details.
